La uña enterrada se llama Onicocriptosis y la debe de tratar el Dermatólogo (NO EL PODÓLOGO). Prácticamente en ninguna circunstancia quitamos la uña, más bien les damos tratamiento o las operamos⁣.

 ⁣Si alguna de tus uñas se está enterrando es importante que acudas al Derma y que también sigas los siguientes pasos: ⁣

 ⁣-No cortes las esquinas, la uña debe tener una forma cuadrada ⁣

-No las cortes muy chiquitas, ya que los pliegues tienden a engrosarse si lo haces ⁣

-Si está enterrada, debes colocar una “férula” pequeña de algodón por las orillas de la uña para elevarla y evitar que se siga enterrando ⁣

-Si está infectada (secreción amarillenta o mal olor), deberás aplicar antibiótico indicado por tu Derma ⁣

-Si duele o se ve inflamada, es importante realizar fomentos y tomar algún analgésico ⁣

 ⁣Si la onicocriptosis es avanzada o no responde a las medidas previas, se tiene que operar, acude con los expertos.
